What type of leather do you use for your products?
At RMK Leatherworks, we use only the highest quality full-grain vegetable-tanned leather sourced from reputable tanneries. This ensures maximum durability and a beautiful natural patina that develops over time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our items are handcrafted to order, lead times typically range from 5 to 10 business days for production. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our leather goods worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and preferred shipping method.
How should I care for my leather items?
We recommend applying a high-quality leather balm or conditioner every 3 to 6 months to keep the leather hydrated. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture, and wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth if needed.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, non-customized items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized embossed products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you provide a warranty on your craftsmanship?
We stand behind our work. RMK Leatherworks provides a lifetime warranty on stitching and hardware. If your item fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
